At Walmart Business, the B2B division of Walmart, he is the Director and Head of Revenue Operations.
In this role he owns: 1) Customer Success & Onboarding, 2) Sales Operations, 3) GTM Strategy, Planning & Enablement, and 4) Sales Performance, BI, & Systems
At Amazon, Max ran global sales operations for Amazon Business, the B2B arm of Amazon.com, growing it from inception in 2014 to $35 billion in annual revenue in 2023.
Prior to Amazon, he was an early member of a Boston-based startup, LevelUp, which raised 40 Million between 2012 and 2013. That money was used to carve out market share in the restaurant mobile payment and order ahead industry. LevelUp was later acquired by GrubHub for $400 Million.
