Phil is VP of Operations and Technology for Flexo Concepts, innovators of TruPoint Polymer Doctor Blades for printing, coating, & surface cleaning applications.

Phil has the unique privilege and pleasure of working closely with every member of the team to design, build, test and deploy over 75 apps and interfaces tailored to the needs of our business, and to have worked on over 300 automations that are responsible for maintaining data integrity, reducing clicks, transforming and uplifting the experience of our employees and customers across over half a million touchpoints every month.

Phil is a self proclaimed Salesforce Flow Junkie and has featured as a 2x Dreamforce Speaker. 

Outside of Salesforce and Technology, Phil has a passion for woodworking, ranging from small projects such as jewelry boxes to large ones like furniture and built-in bookcases.
